One of the most annoying about RG3 vs Luck is how the media acts like they are polar opposites.
Andrew Luck is NOT a pocket passer
His ratio of plays inside vs outside the pocket is much closer to RG3 or Big Ben than it is to Peyton Manning or Phillip Rivers

Please post the proof. Luck's average pass travels 10 yards downfield, highest in the league. You don't get that average outside the pocket.
There are great throwing QBs who can scramble when the pocket collapses. Rodgers, Steve Young, Luck, Rothlisberger etc. These win championships.
Then there are QBs who have actual run plays designed for them who utilize their threat to run to help set up their passing. Vick, RG3, Cam, Russ Wilson. These don't win championships
