I agree.
Honestly the board set up doesn't bother me as it stands now but I will get it together on the GB after the holidays and get everyone on the same page.
It can wait until then that way we have everyone's full attention and they can't complain about not getting a say in it.

My friend does graphics design for a newspaper, and he says his superior doesn't know the first thing about Photoshop and Illustrator. You just have to push the grunts.
