well this is more like 3 or 4 years old. the yeast expired at the end of '10, but it has been in mr fridge ever since. Hops were airtight sealed from AHB.

It did have some bublbing activity this morning. I saw you mentioned Marcellos has a little brewing supply. you think they would have a german ale/kolsch yeast i could pick up this weekend if the yeast is dead?

Marcellos would have a handful of yeasts, don't know about German ones though. Definitely some American and English ones.
