Fishing rigs in the gulf.....not "real" fishing

You can see them from miles away, you know all the food is there and the fish have no choice. It's almost like they're penned in there. You just pull up and catch whatever you want. That's not fishing that's just catching. Bad for the sport IMO.

If the feds keep seasons artificially short to increase fish numbers is it "real" fishing in these overpopulated areas...

If you're fishing from a boat, it ain't real fishing. I mean those fish can't get away from you. Only real fishing is from the bank or while swimming without any artificial floatation device.

Oh, and hooks are cheating also. Humans should only use bare hands to catch fish.
