I think it should be required to lip all the fish he catches while free diving with no fins or mask. Any fish lipped that don't have teeth don't count.

Using a hook is just plain arse cheating. I fish with a wooden stick. I have to wait until the fish are right in front of me, then I jump in the water and smack em with my fishing stick. It takes more time and effort but at least it is real fishing.
