That was really the only major thing he did that happened that made me WTF. My assumption is he thought I wasn't paying attention to my team like half the league and adjusted his lineup on tuesday morning to make his team win. I noticed it like 30 minutes later and called him out on it. He claims an hour or so after he did that he was going to do everyone

Too bad. If they would have put up money, it would have encouraged them to keep on it.
But I wouldn't let that cheating ahole horny hold the money. You need someone not in the league, unbiased, and trustworthy enough to that they wouldn't spend the money before the end of the season on something unnecessary.
