He was a DOC inmate that was at a work release facility in lake Chuck finishing a sentence on a previous charge. Had 8 months left on that charge. After being arrested for the homicide he was sent to Angola on Monday (was already a DOC inmate) and he was to be kept there until his trial.

I work with brits mother. Tragic that this happened, she was a great girl who was working her way through college. Glad this POS got what was coming but wish her mother could have gotten more answers.
