The entire thing is the biggest farce in history. The entire media should be sued for being absolutely culpable in this entire fiasco.
If I were a jury, and this thing came my way, I would award Zimmerman a nice actually damages amount.
I would further nail nbc with a huge punitive award if I could.

he's exactly right though. NBC could easily be found liable here but he could only be awarded money if he can show the actual damages, which will be difficult.

I'm not much one for scape-goating, but in this particular instance NBC has brought it on themselves. I hope the courts make a massive fricking example out of them.
