Try tilting the mouth and it may look better. it seems like the mouth is straight up and down with a tilted head.

Jason Feirman (with LSU sports info) came and spoke in our class a few weeks ago and talked about LSUs brand and said LSU has moved away from that logo. They are trying to get the networks to just use the Geaux font LSU now

This is my choice for a Logo change and I'm sticking to it. I see some flags with this design. This should be the Brand Logo IMO.
