Actually, it is illegal to smoke in public. There's a bunch of info on WA.gov.
I'm staying across from the space needle tonight. I'm taking advantage of the new law as we speak.  
I could smell herb in many different areas. Smelled delicious!

That cop would've been in trouble as for years dealing with small amounts of pot was deemed the lowest priority in the city of Seattle.
Also, once the initiative was passed DA's all over the state were tossing out all cases concerning misdemeanor possession.

Why is it that every time Toddy posts the same group of folks run to the thread to point and post - "you're gay, haha!"? Seems pretty infantile....I mean I know LAT is a self-loathing gay, but WTF?
