SPC, 68W(medic) (could have had my 5 but the unit was 6 hours away, not doing that shite. )
Artillery, but I can get selected for anything since I'm a medic.

I was a medic also in an engineer unit. There are units in each state that are non deployable. You need to find those (or even the maintenance unit in your state). You can find an MOS in one of those units. It might take driving, but like I said, you probably wouldn't do what it takes. I did this and have been in 12 yrs now. I am a SSG 74D CBRN. I don't have to drive, but would if it was needed. Best move I made. I was fed up with how units were. I decided to do what it takes and changed. I just signed a new 6 yr enlistment and got the $10,000 bonus. So along with more drill pay, $25,000 in bonuses, only deploying because I volunteered, never having my unit deploy, getting 2 degrees, them paying for me to get my CPA, family insurance being cheap, life insurance being cheap, and getting closer to collecting retirement ( without putting any money into it) , it would be worth driving 6 hrs.
