I have to disagree. I think he will look back at this as a really good choice. One kid is not worth the spotlight Trooper will be under. I have a feeling the NCAA is about to get up close and personal with Trooper.

Why? He obviously is able to establish good rapport with recruits and gets them on campus. But that appears to be when he loses value. If the stories about him regarding player discipline are true, then the problems created outweigh the benefits of getting the players on campus.
Maybe Malzahn could have gotten Taylor to change his game once the players got to campus, but I trust his judgement on the matter since he spent enough time to at Auburn to observe Taylor's style of coaching.

I saw a tweet that said it is between LSU, Auburn, Miami, and Washington, but an Auburn insider thinks he still ends up at Auburn in the end. I'm not as confident, but I guess we will see.

Sounds like Trooper was Auburn's bag man, and Foster still wants to get paid.
If I were the NCAA, I would be all over Trooper's recruiting efforts at Auburn.

Tosh Lupoi is at Washington. He's an ace recruiter.
A&M will most likely try and make a late run at Foster too. He's too good not to and his buddy Cameron Luper is committed to us and I believe his other buddy Shaq Wiggins (UGA commit) is taking a trip to CS or had one planned previously
