Most of their offensive coaching staff is either leaving or retiring

I wish for once Tech could find a coach that wants to commit to being here long term. I know its the life of a small school but it's damn hard to sustain success when you're hiring a new coach every 3 years.

You do this and you end up with Ellis Johnson or Terry Bowden.
