ULM..its funny what 1 decent season does to a few bandwagon fans.
Skip will be a good hire for us...if you look back at the last 4 HC's Tech had, they all had one thing in common: ZERO Head Coaching experience prior to Tech. This guy was HC in USA & Big East.

Skip was a mess here at USF. Perhaps LaTech will be a better fit. Skip shouldnt foot all the blame for USF, it is shared with the AD and the fact that college football changed in FL while he was here(i.e. FSU decided to become relevant again).
Recruiting suffered and obviously our record showed it. I'm convinced that Skip is a good man and well intentioned. He surrounded himself with a rag tag group of underperforming coordinators and was probably guilty of keeping them around longer than he should. The team quit on Skip, thats what I found the most troubling.
As a season ticket holder and booster I'm glad to see Skip gone...
