Penn State

Was hardly a debacle. The field is not an excuse to lose, but it could have easily gone either way and the deplorable conditions clearly took away LSU's strengh (speed). Additionally, it had horrible officiating at the end.

I was making a list of these in my head when I read a poster from another team saying this for the hundredth time.

If you ignore the Penn State and Alabama debacles...

It really is amazing how many douchebag fans we have. Yes, we lost 2 bowl games under Les Miles. Penn State is not what many would refer to as a "debacle" though. We lost the game. Is any loss now a "debacle".

Is 5-2 not a good enough record. Should we be 7-0 in bowls under Miles? Yeah because most other schools have that much success.

Goddamn we have some douchebag fans.

We need to be more like we were under Saban. 3-2 with humiliating losses to Texas and Iowa. Saban lost 2 of his last 3 at LSU as well.

Two bad games invalidate past successes? This is news.

there is no past success under Miles. there's only past success under Miles' assistants and players.

Oregon-check. WVU-check. Arkansas 2011 maybe? A&M this year? Now Clemson. Somebody help me out. Seems like there have been more. When will opposing fans stop saying this stupid shite? Why should 26 pts against Auburn and 17 against USCe scare me?

don't forget Washington.....heard that shite earlier this year.

Heard that the past 2 years:

Oregon and WVU last year, Washington, SCar, aTm, now Clemson this year.

maybe you want him gone.

absolutely not! Best thing to ever happen to LSU football along with Saban. THey both have great accomplishments.

But, when I ask an honest question, I don't think going back a full three years is "cherry picking"

I have no agenda, but for God's sake could people stop acting like Miles is mistake proof. Geez It is pathetic having anyone act like someone else is untouchable. Like you can't say anything negative (that is totally true) with some slapdick jump up and claim you hate LM.

I love Drew Brees, but to say he has been anything but pitiful the last 2 games is fricking moronic! Does it mean I want Brees gone? NO Does it mean he hasn't been one of the best to ever play in the NFL? NO It simply means he blew the games the last 2 weeks.

Same with Miles....I want him here, I love the state of the program and the way parents want to send their children to him. I love what he stands for in life and hope he stays for a very long time.

That being said, I don't love every single thing he does, says, or decides! So you continue to give him head every chance you get. I will continue to keep things honest and real when putting any stats into perspective.

Many times Les Miles has made great decisions that didn't work. Many times he has made horrible decisions that did work.

His last 3 bowls, we are 1-2. One of those was a National title.....get the frick over it, he hasn't been some unbeatable coaching machine in big games lately.....

I am a fan, and I am a pissed off fan when we lose for reasons other than the players on the field, we should be better than that.

Now go back to your agenda, which obviously is burying your head in the sand.
