we still can't even get a favorite team logo. it will be hornets talk until the pelicans make it to the finals then it will change. so that would be in 2 years

I would expect at June's draft, when all the new team nicknames, colors, or graphics are usually uncovered.

Probably once it gets officially reported by Hornets and NBA and there is a date it takes effect.
