i hope you werent doubting me well first i started with some fresh jalapenos and bell peppers that i had just cut from outside in my yard. no way in hell i would buy these from the store!!!! i cut them up along with some garlic. i cooked these in a skillet with some oil for about 2-3 minutes and then put them aside. i cooked the chicken next in the same skillet(frozen sanderson farms chicken) for about 8 minutes and then i added all the veggies and maybe 2-3 tbsp of Hoisin sauce to finish it off. i was going to put this on rice but i forgot i took my rice with me last time i left town. oh well. its carsons dish with a little extra. :salute: carson
