This was a first time dish for me. I kinda knew what I was shooting for but not really. It turned out surprisingly good. I added some spicy rotel in at the end and it added a different twist to it.

Crab and shrimp gumbo.
I was so happy to find live blue crabs at the local asian mart I decided to do 2 different meals out of them. So I boiled them up this weekend, and then I used some of their shells and some shrimp shells to make a seafood stock for the gumbo. Oh so good.
