Even the Independence Bowl Foundation is piling on the Techsters. This is from their Facebook page, can't link to it at work so here it is.
What an honor to have ULM make its Bowl debut in Shreveport. Coach Berry says his team is pumped. That is what you want to hear when you select a team to play in your Bowl!

I have knowledge of what's going on in CUSA (my school is a charter member and is now leaving the league) and why certain teams JUMPED at the opportunity to leave CUSA as it will be formed in 2014.
I find it hilarious that you call me "Clueless" when no fewer than three other posters have supported my statements throughout this topic.
quote: Yes. I couldn't care less about making money for the IBowl. I have a new life starting in CUSA. Beating a Sunbelt or MAC team means nothing to me, if I am Tech.
Call me arrogant. At the end of the day, I'm moving up and they are stuck in the MAC and Sunbelt.
See, I just don't get the arrogance that Tech is too good for the Indy Bowl.
Alabama and LSU played in the Indy Bowl not too long ago. Tech thought a little too highly of itself.
