Wouldn't it be like booby bars, now, though? If you don't mind old Filipino women, girls covered in tattoos, or women with a little too much weight, you can go somewhere and pay a dollar cover, drink dollar beers, and get dollar dances.
But, if you want to see truly beautiful women, you'll most likely end up at a joint with a $20 cover at the door, $7 beers, and $40 lap dances.

those high-end dolls are not all that
they look like retired porn stars/strippers
they aren't "prime" at all.....just that within that industry, you don't want crack heads, so you end up with the "best of the worst"

The one I mentioned above used to do Miss Fitness America competitions and was an absolute bombshell. OT9.
2 of the women I did websites for in Dallas were more "wholesome" looking naughty librarian types. OT 7.5-8 easily.
ETA:
So no - That's not high end. Independent contractors will make well above what those that work for a service do.

That Moonlight Ranch dude has tons of former porn stars working there: Sunrise Adams, Chasey Lain, and even think what's her name, Charlie Sheen's old girlfriend, worked there at one point.

The ones I did websites for didn't have backgrounds like that. 2 used to work for American Airlines and one was a salesperson at an Acura dealership. If it's not worn out to begin with - It likely won't get worn out at the level these women were working at. For one thing - it was more blowjobs than anything else.

You should read SuperFreakonomics. There was a chapter in it dealing with high end prostitution and it discussed how raising prices can result in less work but more money for the high end girls.
