Yes, whomever is willing to pay the price. Because the "seller" of the services will be a pimp, even if prostitution is made legal. There will be legal pimps called wholesalers or brokers, and all they care about is the bottom line. A couple of NoHo's posts assumed that the seller would be an individual woman who would decide what her price would be or what she would or wouldnt do.

Both options would be popular. The difference would be that "pimps" (likely a business in a true free market) would need to remain competitive to keep ladies employed. Unlike in the black market where violence is the go-to method.
But even in the black market today, there are a great number of women, especially on the high end, that manage their own services.

yeah, so when you pay $100(or whatever) 50% goes to the pimp right?
women are use to "living off" half already. So if it were legal and no pimp per se was needed.....the normal price would reflect the price that the woman was use to getting. Then throw in competition, and you have another 50% reduction.
What would the price of a normal prostitute be? (ie not ot10, one of a kind beauty, from upper class upbringing)

No, the normal price is what the market bears. There will always be those who demand and get high $$$ and those you get for pretty cheap. Legalizing it won't change that.

For a fairly good looking one? $An overnight would probably drop from a grand or two down to $500-$750... Weekly discount factored in - $3,250 x 52 = $170K/yr minimum.

But let me just put this out there while we're at it... I've done websites for $500/hr girls before. If they wanted a sugar daddy - They could have one. They don't want to be "kept women" and likely wouldn't be up for an annual contract. They make waaaaaaaaay more money having a set rotation of 4-6 guys than you could imagine.
