Not seeing West Virginia to the Holiday Bowl. Why pick them when their fans would have to travel across the entire country?

Looks like Vandy is headed to the Music City again? Wow, sucks for the city that's for sure. Hope they play someone that will bring more than a few thousand fans.

Big 12 Bowls starting to come out

Official:

Cotton - Oklahoma
Alamo - Texas
Buffalo Wild Wings - TCU
Holiday Bowl - Baylor

That is all that is known, but based on the above, its probably

Meineke - Oklahoma State
Pinstripe - WVU
Heart of Dallas - Texas Tech
At Large - Iowa State

These guys are all of a sudden concerned. If they are truly relegated to an at-large, Western Kentucky at 7-5 MUST be selected before them.

Still no word on Louisiana Tech.

Rumor was Heart of Dallas, but Big 12 will be able to fill that and Purdue has signed on from Big Ten.

Liberty Bowl also a chance, but Arkansas State resides just an hour away from Memphis and would bring a good contingent. Same record as LT and won their conference.

Indy Bowl has reportedly already been rejected by LT. They would play ULM there.

Little Caesars Bowl in Detroit will need a team with NIU bound for the BCS.

Seeing everywhere that Oklahoma State fell all the way to the Heart of Dallas Bowl.

So I guess they are not in the Meineke Car Care Bowl.

Texas Tech is probably there instead

According to some LT folks, they may have sat on their hands and botched this thing.

Rumors coming out they have declined the Independence Bowl and no other offers have come forward.
