ASU - Kraft
UA - New Mexico

Col Reb, where can we expect to see Ole Miss?

I'm hearing Birmingham....

The natural progression of bowls would send them to Memphis, but word is Arkansas State or Louisiana Tech is in for that bid. Birmingham is most likely at this point for Ole Miss.

Yeah it's looking like Music City will take Vandy and Ole Miss will go to the Compass bowl. I suspect it will be against Pitt, but it may be against Syracuse. Regardless, im glad we get a Big East since enaugh got bowl eligable team and not a Mac team.

Not this season, Liberty and BBVA rotate on who gets first selection of SEC team. Ole Miss is the last SEC team and it's BBVA's turn to pick first this year.

OK. Never realized those bowls had alternating priority. Damn the Liberty and Indy Bowls have fallen by the wayside in the SEC. Even in a 14-team league they can't fill all the spots.

So would this lead Mississippi State to the Gator Bowl?

The Indy Bowl has slid so far. It was never much, but I believe at one time it was SEC 6/7 vs. Big XII 6/7, which was a very respectable spot and led to some great games.

More than likely. SEC is holding off on announcing anything. From the last reports it should be:

NCG: Alabama
Sugar: Florida
Cap One: Georgia
Cotton: LSU
Outback: South Carolina
Chick-fil-A: Texas A&M
Gator: Mississippi State
Music City: Vanderbilt
Compass: Ole Miss

Yes more than likely. The only issue could be if NIU makes a BCS bowl, which would bump Oklahoma to the Cotton Bowl. With Oklahoma, the Cotton Bowl (head of cotton bowl selection commitee is an A&M grad) may then select A&M. Not sure that would happen, just a possibility. I doubt SEC releases anything until after the final BCS standings.

Cincinnati to the Belk Bowl in Charlotte. Could be a matchup against Duke.

If Duke is going there, then NC State is going to the Music City bowl. If NC State goes Belk, then Duke goes to MCB.

Michigan State to Buffalo Wild Wings Bowl in Tempe. This (most likely) means Minnesota to Meineke Car Care Bowl of Texas.

Nebraska, though it hasn't been announced, will play in the Capital One Bowl.

ETA: All Big Ten bowls are official now.

Rose: Wisconsin
Cap One: Nebraska
Outback: Michigan
Gator: Northwestern
Meineke Car Care: Minnesota
Buffalo Wild Wings: Michigan State
Heart of Dallas: Purdue

Syracuse headed to the Pinstripe Bowl. Pittsburgh will accept the bid to the BBVA Compass Bowl, where Ole Miss has been projected.
