Beat me too. Les would get skewered for it. Surely the mighty Saban doesn't make such basi mistakes.

This is so true. There are certain Teflon coaches who get away with no media scrutiny. Les deserved the criticism that he received following the Bama game, but no one criticized Saban last year for making the same poor decisions.

I love a lot of things about Les, but anybody who is honest will say that Les is a lot more prone to this type of mistake than Saban is...

They had 3 timeouts and let the clock runfrom 1:20 to 45 with a 2nd and 2. Then they let it run from 28 to 14 still holding on their 3 timeouts. End up kicking a FG on first and goal with 5 seconds left and 2 timeouts in their pocket. That was awful
