But it wasn't anyones daughter. It was a grown arse man who decided it would be a good idea to pass out in the middle of Bourbon. I agree that what the guy did was completely stupid, but come on, does he really need to serve jail time? REALLY!?

I agree with this. He was a DUMBASS. BUT I don't really care. You DO NOT take advantadge of a helpless person under ANY cirumstances. The dude need some jail time. I have a feeling that this guy is such a loser he would do it again if the chance was there./
