I don't eat a lot of wings but last time I did a couple months ago I went to Bayou Hot Wings on Claiborne and they were really good. Better than Wow, Manchu and Finger Lick'n.

sometimes I even eat the bones

there are no good hot wing places in New Olreans.

What's wrong with Hooters wings?

they are meaty, fried perfectly, and their sauce is good.

I got the tenders from there dipped in the spicy Thai sauce, pretty damn good IMO

haven't been to a Hooter's in 5 or 6 years, but I remember their wings being very rubbery and lacking very much meat.

Not hot wings but I picked up some damn good rotisserie wings this Sunday before the Saints game at the Rouses on Tchoups.
