So many great ones out there. Have you tried Maudite by Unibroue?
I haven't tried that one, but I'll look for it. I should thank you for the Corsendonk. I bought it because I remember you said you really liked it last year.

Unibroue's entire lineup is solid (I am a big fan of La Fin du Monde), but Maudite is a strong, dark ale like that Corsendonk. Ommegang also has a really good lineup of Belgian style brews.

I know. tetu's body rejects certain Belgian yeasts evidently and the beers get the tetu treatment.

Yes, you like what you like. He's not kidding about the allergy thing though, I don't think.

SBD was a pumpkin ale homebrew by HoustonChick. TBD a Great Divide Belgian Yeti with LSUBoo. 4BD an Elevation Apis IV that was great again split with Boo. 5BD is an Oskar Blues Gubna. This one is a bit old. Big thanks to Boo for helping me convert my newly acquired fridge into a 2 tap kegerator. Gotta fill the kegs with homebrew now.

...started a thread about this (Scots) a couple months ago. Glad someone else got to experience it.
