They tried getting her on three different airlines and they weren't physically able to. it's not like they didn't try to get her home. I'm sure something could have been arranged within the coming days, but she died.

Even if she had 2 seats, you would HAVE to put a fat fricking sloth like that next to the window or you are essentially blocking someone in their seat because there is no way around her. So as it appears that she cant move herself without assistance, who the frick is going to deadlift her arse into the window seat?

it's the captain's call.
If there is no way to safely get this fatty on a plane, it's not the airline's fault
She could have flown on a different aircraft on the first leg of the trip that was better able to handle her.
If 3 different airlines denied her, maybe there really was no way to get her on.
The fact that she made it over initially is irrelevant

I will never set foot on a delta flight again either. The freakin diva customer service in ATL is amazing to experience. This past week I was on a plane that had a engine problem. They violated the tarmac law (not to mention I had a 7 month old in my arms) while we waited for a freakin idiot to show up and tell the captain that he cant work on our type of airplane (wtf didnt he ask what type of plane it was first?) Then despite the 3 hour layover I had and the fact that my plane was on the ground 30 min before my connection the Delta reps closed the gate and I had to fly into MSY instead on BTR and figure out a way to get to BTR on my own with an infant. All this after having to deal with the bitches at CS who insisted that there was no way to get to LA until 7pm the next day and that a supervisor couldnt help me. When a supervisor finally showed up she easily put us on flight to NOLA. Took 2 days to get my luggage.
Complaint sent to Delta Coporate? They respond by saying they are going to deposit 7500 miles into my skymiles account. 
$50 freakin dollars! /fricking rant

The doctor told her she could afford to lose some weight, so she chopped off her foot? I would have probably gone the gym route, or maybe even veggies...but to each his own.

Neither, I'm one of those guys who says if the government is going to make me subsidize the healthcare that others receive, than I should have a say so in the behavior of others.
Basically my argument against legalizing drugs as well.
If we change the rules to where you don't get healthcare service if you can't afford it and you pay according to your risk category, I'm fine with people doing whatever.
Same way I feel about my children, as long as I am helping them, then I get a say in their behavior. And yes I'm saying these people are acting like children and should be treated as such.
