He got the shot at it. Drop it, friend.

I would put that in the good decisions category. Jacobs got to stay at RB, which is what he wanted all along.
Dude look how BJ is and how almost everyone in the NFL thinks he is soft due to his running style. I don't think there was anyway in the world he would have ever made it on the defensive side the ball. No way he brings the wood as a LB.

LINK Shep was not a QB, he was an athlete playing QB...He was in the right position at WR...his problem is that he could not catch the ball when it counted. IMO, if he could catch like Early Doucet he would have been the go-to maaaan! however, the fact that he almost always dropped the big catch took away from his stardom because the coaching staff started looking for other receivers like Beckham to do what he was supposed to be doing.

No he wouldn't have. The guy does not have exceptional quickness or strength, and you'd better have one of those to go along with speed if you want to be a force at QB in the spread offense.

I would put that in the good decisions category. Jacobs got to stay at RB, which is what he wanted all along. Errbody else was moving him to LB or DE.
I'd agree if he came out of high school. But he was a five star running back out of Coffeyville Community College with about a 1K yards rushing and a dozen or so touchdowns. He could have played running back somewhere else at that point. Instead he went to Auburn to get hardly any PT behind Ronnie Brown and Cadillac Williams and then transfered to Southern Illinois so he could play right away.

Landon Collins...Given the turmoil that LSU's secondary found itself in with the departure of the Honeybadger IMO he would have started as a freshman at corner.

Jordan Jefferson- he needed a coach that believed in him. It's just a shame that Miles never beieved in the kid bc he could have been something special.
