I'm a Saints fan but I know that Harbaugh is an excellent coach and that the 49ers are legit, and would have made the Superbowl last year if they could hold on to the ball. The Saints lost to the 49ers then because of Gregg Williams shitty defense, but Harbaugh deserves of a ton of credit for coaching up Alex Smith and making him capable of having a drive like that.
However, I do think today's game would have been much different if the Saints didn't have so many injuries on the O-line today. You can't afford to be playing 4th stringers that you signed last week against a defensive front like the 49ers.

Considering how close they were (2 backup PR fumbles) to the SB in their first go-round last year, that's a fairly idiotic statement.
Then again they can only play the Saints defense once in any given January.
