Torres moves from Pachuca to Tigres

So who knows anything about Mexican football? Is this a good move? Idk shite about pachuca or tigres. I've heard of tigres, only knew about pachuca bc of JFT. I think as far as animal named teams go, pumas is better, but like I said I don't know much/anything about the league.
