Not really sure how the NFL would define it as unsportsmanlike.
Terrible rule. Just pick up the flag and say its already being reviewed and you don't need to throw a red flag. Or if you must punish them then just take their challenge. No reason to not review it.

I agree. It's incredibly harsh. At worst, it should be a delay of game penalty, and charge them with the challenge.
