Don't know how they could make that list without City of God. Better than any movie they have listed.
Better, but I'd say it is more of a gang/poverty film than a drug film

The 1-20 list is my personal favorites. Just wondered what other movies, specifically about drugs, everyone else liked. I linked the Wiki list for people to use as a reference. City of God, which I've never seen, is on their list with a few hundred more.
Ahh mr Cobb my apologies I thought it was like a websites list. Yeah you need to try and get your hands on City of God. I can almost guarantee it would jump in your top three.

Until five minutes ago I never knew it was written by a woman that went to jail for falsifying evidence in a drug case in Tyler, TX. Kim Wozencraf

Events in her real life, while employed by the Tyler, Texas Police Department, were the inspiration for the novel Rush. Wozencraft and her partner, Creig Matthews, served time in federal prison for civil rights violations as a result of falsified evidence presented during drug arrests made in Tyler, Texas in the late 1970s.

One of my favorite movies.
Yea, when it comes to showing life in the 70's, it's just as realistic as Dazed & Confused. Shows a more serious, grown-up side of it. You might say it shows why Coach Conrad didn't want Pink falling in with those damn dopers. Jason Patric is really great in it. A couple of the dealers are really scary dudes. WARNING THIS CLIP IS R RATED (Profanity and drug use) Willie Red Scene "If she don't fix, she don't walk out of here." The Clapton soundtrack is killer.

Not sure if the movie in general meets the criteria for a "drug movie," but the drug deal scene from Boogie Nights is one of my favorite scenes of all time.

Requiem For A Dream. My favorite of all movies, not just drug ones.
