She works for a business that assists adults with disabilities, perhaps disabled veterans. I seriously doubt this woman's employer appreciates the free publicity.

Agreed.
Free speech is not consequence free.
The people voicing their displeasure is also exercising free speech as well.
Looks like free speech is working both ways.

On the contrary when kids see idiots like this they think it is normal behavior to go beyond showing no respect to anyone worthy of it. It lowers the standard of how people should act.
