surely you're not using West Monroe and Neville in an argument about Ouachita? or a long time period when this year's seniors were freshmen in 2009?

Rummel's by far the better team, and if they don't leave with the W, it will be an upset we talk about for years to come

owl.. I am talking about over the long haul..... ouchita parish schools.. have an overwhelming winning record vs the catholic league...

keep in mind... Ouchita was playing some awfully good football in the late 80s and early 90s as well...

if another new olreans team gets beat up north they will talk about it in Nola for years to come but not in monroe....

I can name 4-5 games right now where ouchita parish teams beat highly touted Nola teams and the only people stunned were people from new olreans.

owl have you seen ouchita play?

I'm telling you...don't sleep on Ouachita. They are HUGE and have 2 WR that will sign with BCS Schools. Factor in Thanksgiving holidays and a 5 hour bus ride...I wouldn't be surprised at all if Ouachita wins. In fact I'm choosing to be on the sidelines for this game instead of my usual seats at WM.

Quarterfinals is the round where the upsets happen...

ETA: Taijun Thomas is committed to Stanford not Sims. Sims is big time though.
