Because everyone that employs 50 or more employees is a "rich guy" in your mind. Unbelievable.

Who the frick couldn't see this coming? What bizarro world did anyone who supported aca grow up in where causes do not have effects? Or was getting the majority of people on govt hc the desired effect. Lying, socialist frickers. You know there are countries which have socialism you can move to, you don't have to steal ours. If you supported Obama and the aca you are a stupid myopic frickhead and your parents are frickheads too because they raised you.

Turn on your sarcasm detector sir. People think it's just 2000 bucks when in reality, we are talking 100s of thousands of bucks here.

Yes he did. The desired end state is absolute control (from the party that is pro-choice) by the state. "They" know better (whoever this nameless, faceless "they" is).

No doubt the powers that be knew what they were doing but I think the dem sheeple really just think Obama farts sunshine and rainbows and the aca would have zero negative fallout. If it sounds good, well by golly, it must be good too. Doesn't anyone question authority anymore?

The end-game to all this is..................... Everyone is covered, birth to death, and....... You'll get what you get, and if you can afford supplemental care/insurance, you can get that, too....... ........but you have to be taxed extra for being an elitist, rich guy who has to have better care than others.

Same thing here. They didn't come right out and attribute the increase to Obamacare, though. FWIW, our premiums increased $1300.00 with a higher deductible, higher OOP expense, also.

The best analogy I have found lately is that the Democratic Party is judged based upon intentions, the Republican Party based upon actions. Sums up this issue very well. "We meant to give you better healthcare. Just did not work out this time. Give us xx more years and xx more billions of dollars and we will get it fixed. And oh by the way, it would have worked if the Republicans had not blocked us."

It's sad, but if a single woman with two maybe three kids (cant remember exactly) who receives no support wanted to work, she would have to make 60k a year to surpass what the government would pay her in checks and services. This assumes she takes full advantage of all programs. Welfare, housing, food stamps, medic aide, etc. I read that off a Yahoo report not long ago.
Yeah, I remember reading something like this, too. That young mom referenced by the OP may be doing it wrong. She needs to fully explore the welfare benefits value that would accrue if she sat home and compare that to her earning potential. Based on what I've read in the past, if she sits home, she may be better of financially.

Agreed. I hate to say it, but I will. If the Gov't is going to let her stay at home and be paid, then do it. Why should she bust her arse to makes ends meet when she doesn't have to? This is the mind set of your country. its fricked like Lindsay Lohan on a Saturday night in NYC.

She will be denied for the benefits because she has made too much money in the past year.

That is exactly what Obamacare rules are set up to do - get as many people going directly to government for insurance. Obamacare is NOT about health insurance. Its about liberals controlling your life. Wake up.

I can think of many reasons. Maybe she aspires to be more than what she is currently? How can you grow professionally if you are sitting at home? Thankfully, some people can see beyond their next paycheck and look to a brighter future, despite what dems would have them believe, they are not all victims with no chance of self reliance.

Obamacare is causing unemployment. I have seen it first hand. A local businessman with 60 employees and 2 stores is going to cut his employees to 49 right after Christmas, so he doesn't HAVE to buy Ins. or pay the fine. He told me this last week. Another one told me Wed. goodbye as well as a delivery man that Friday was their last day. Their Memphis owners were cutting back to prevent buying Ins.. This was a well known business in this area. My wife's Surgery unit at the hospital is being cut from 5 to 2 on staff workers due to Obamacare. Their whole dept. is cutting from 70 to 60 because of Obamacare cutting hospital and Doctors payments next year. They are adjusting now,not waiting. All LPN's are being cut and using RN's only due to Obamacare. A 39 yr. old divorced mother of 2 told my wife, she didn't know what she was going to do. Shes a diabetes specialist LPN and is being let go due to Obamacare. The news media needs to report the truth here, IF they would.
