Need advice on freezing a fried turkey

I have two turkeys in the freezer that I am going to fry for Thanksgiving. Family will only eat one so I am planning to freeze the other. Any advice would be appreciated. TIA

I had a frozen fried turkey once. There won't be a second time. Recommend against doing that.
