Sounds like your version of *religion* is not a threat to the world, GB. Or at least as I interpret your presentation of it. I think what you mean...is that FALSE intrepretations of what are sound moral and philosophical PRINCIPLES, would be more precise.
Jesus said as much..."smite the Shephard", and the flock scatters! He's coming back (IMO)...but not in the flesh. It's the TRUTH (which He said he was) that will make a 'second coming'; a particular subjective vision. And that coming vision will be on a platform of a calamatous WW and the resulting consequences. No better way to learn and 'see', than with a severe ass-kicking and a dance on the 'edge'. Ultimate motivator!

Just curious...by what means has Israel been an ally to the U.S.? What exactly have they provided for us other than erroneous intelligence information. I know we have military bases in other areas, but not Israel. Do we?
I'm not against Israel in the least. I just don't believe it's in the best interest of our country to be involved in their conflicts/wars. Israel is not my country.

Arguing against the existence of Israel is silly. They have nukes, and they are allies with the world's only superpower. They aren't going anywhere. I love debating the legitimacy of their founding, because I do think it was illicit...but that's just the historian in me.
My problem is American subsidization of Israeli atrocities, and the influence they wield within American politics.

Friends don't deceive and steal from friends. If one continues to believe that a so called friend proven to be a thief on numerous occasions won't steal, and one continues to associate with them, who's the fool? It's really that simple.
