Why do people think Ware could leave early?

I have read in a few threads this week where people list Ware as leaving for the draft. While Ware has proven to be very talented, his production this year has had a steep decline.
Currently he only has 281 rushing yards on 74 attempts (3.79 YAC) and no TDs. He does also have 170 receiving yards and a touchdown.
This year Ware has been sidelined by a leg injury, and a crowded backfield. The emergence of Jeremy Hill has started to lessen the amount of rotating of the RBs.
Do you see Ware taking off early because of a crowded backfield, or does he stay and try to increase his draft stock?

Presumably, they think he might leave because he will be behind Hill and Blue on the depth chart.

Plus he is a complete back that has performed well each year. He runs, catches, and blocks. LSU running backs, despite the fact that we never produce All-Pro's, typically do well when they get to the NFL. Unless they are fat and lazy.

This.
It's not a can leave, it's a needs to leave.
How awesome is it that LSU is having third and fourth string tailbacks go to the NFL to get less competition?

Ware will be a legit NFL RB

The numbers might be down, but Les used him to literally punish defenses. A guy like Ware can make a defender feel like he has been in a car wreck. Not to mention, he has great hands. Who knows? There are definitely worse RB's in the NFL right now, so I'd say he has a shot.

Because he could if he wants to

well he's eligible for the draft. he could do whatever he wants at this point

He is considering leaving early b/c he doesn't like school / going to class and doesn't care where he goes in the draft. Just wants to leave.

If he goes it would remind me a lot of Ridley. He was the guy his junior year and put up solid numbers, but was only drafted in I think the 3rd round. Now he plays for the Pats.
I just wonder if the lack of stats this year could push him to a late round where he would be a steal.

A shot? I'll say he has a shot. Like about 100% if he stays healthy.

I think it because beautiful flowing tight dreads striking out from under a helmet is very chic right now and looks great on tv. The NFL can't get enuff of these guys. Statistically their signing bonuses are higher, also. It's all about the hair for Ware

No way he leaves. Could still improve his stock next year, with a solid QB and o-line. Plus, he gets fresh dubbage during the offseason.

I thought it was the long frizzy Samoan type hair?

If Ware has NFL potential then he may as well go now. probably a 4th-5th round pick. he will not improve his stock by waiting a year. Hill is going to be the feature back next year and Ware will still play a back up role for the most part. if his people project him to go in 4th or 5th he may as well go this year. you make your money on your second contract any way. he doesn't have the speed to be a feature back in the league but he blocks and receives well and can be a power change of pace.

They've got enough tape on him to know what he can do but he better make sure to run a good 40 time.
