Yeah, this suit won't sniff an actual trial. Garrison will have to prove damages, i.e., mental pain/suffering, having to drop out of school, therapy (if app), etc.) Monetarily, it won't be much. If I were the Downing/Krystal camp, I'd offer $5k, give or take, and walk.

fwiw though, the vast majority of my practice has been business issues and not this stuff.

I would take it to a jury which will be nothing but old ladies and a couple of 20 year old kids.You have a video of someone being sexually assaulted and the employees doing nothing about it. Its going to cost 6 figures.
