I'm going to be upside down on it. They are not going to give me what I owe. But if they won't fix it, I am telling them to keep it and I'll eat some of it....if they give me what I want (which is probably unlikely) and I'll just go back to borrowing a truck and buy a small SUV.
Just waiting to see what happens.
just got a response...my case has been escalated to customer service manager. this should be fun. I work in customer service.....

I've had it for almost 50k.....getting close to 3 years.
Radiator caused the oil cooler to go bad or something. getting answers has been like pulling teeth. been making my bf talk to them. they answer him better than they do me.
