CNN Money has this when you go to MSFT.

I could be totally wrong but that means that if you are a shareholder tomorrow you get paid a dividend correct? If so, would the price not rise a little around dividend time from people wanting to get in and make a quick buck?

was literally just looking at this. I think MSFT is about to see a huge jump and will eventually be very competitive in the tablet market

No. It typically just falls after the dividend is paid out.
