Just a friendly warning: stay away from any bloody marys, as they really hit home bout half way thru the second quarter, especially if you sit facing the sun.

While we're on the subject, GUMBO- roux or no roux. I've read that authentic Cajun never uses a roux. A roux makes it creole. What say you?

We were going to cook a pig. Too much work on a short day. Then were going to fry fish. Too messy. So we will buy fried fish.
