They just said on the news Tuesday here it is probably closer to 9-10% but the numbers haven't caught up yet or something on those lines

I live here. Go to any crap bar and there are a few in there that are happy to be on unemployment. We have hired 5 people in last month that quit without saying a word. Just stopped showing up. True fact: all came from Union jobs.

It might have been that way 10+ years ago. Not now

There are no more steel mills in Pittsburgh. Most people work for the financial or banking industry.
