Found some baby backs in the back of my freezer that says use or freeze by June 26. If I thaw them out and smoke them are they still good, or should I toss?

were they frozen by June 26th?

I just cooked some almost that old. They were perfectly fine.

We just cooked, about three weeks ago, a brisket that we froze in May. It was wonderful. No problems.

How did you cook them? I'm planning to cook these in the oven.

When thawed, trim any "freezer burn". Rest should be good if it passes the "smell test".

On the Ole Geauxt timeline, that's only a few weeks.

This. If the ribs are not good you can smell it.
