We had 3 flocks come in we didn't pull a feather on. Another of which had the blind completely surrounded 60+ greys half on water, 6 shots 2 birds. But the sun was in my eyes

Made it down to Hopedale open morning, hunting off Bayou St Milo. Had my SIL and a friend. They shot a couple birds. Myself, I didn't even fire a shot. Had a bit of a medical problem which had me feeling real bad. Dam IV line started leaking and I wasn't getting any of the dubutamine which helps my heart to beat. This screwed me up real bad to the point that it is now Monday morning and I'm still wiped out. I hung in there for the guys to finish the hunt though. I had to stop at Ochsner's hospital on the way home for them to fix my shite. We didn't get home till after 3pm Saturday. They wanted to keep my ass, told them no thanks. I have to go back today.
Sorry Team Old School for the let down. I will be making it up when ya'll are working.

Yesterday's hunt. 3 grays and a pintail. My buddy at the camp killed a dogris with a band. It didn't have any numbers on it just a thin piece of aluminum wrapped around duck's foot. My dad killed a pintail with a band. None for me.

I wish I would've saw this before the teams were formed.... I would've been all over this..
My season started horrible... Broke down in calumet cut for two hours..... And it looks like my buddies boat is gonna be out of service... I'm gonna go to Sherburne wed or Thursday and scout off section 120 road....
