those guys (or someone in that mold) would go a long way with this team. But you saw how hard Kobe had to come Wednesday night. He's basically having to do it all on his own again, and his body isn't up to doing that 75 more times this season. I also strongly suspect D-Howard to suffer a critical injury about midway through the season. By about mid-February, it will be an oddity to see Kobe/Nash/D-Howard/Gasol all suiting up in the same game. One, 2 or possibly all 4 of them will be nursing some old man shite.

Been saying both of these exact things for 2 years now. We let mo Williams, Aaron brooks, Jamal Crawford, and other young, athletic guards to go elsewhere.

The fact that we didn't even pursuer any of them, while settling on Blake at pg, was just retarded. Metta brings nothing to the table

I've been thinking World peace was a bum when he played in Indiana, and he just got worse over the years

Trading Odom over him was one of the dumbest trades ever for LA...

How they havent or didnt amnesty Mettas Contract is beyond me

Blake is so slow and old. Not only did he get fined 25K he had to apologize to the season tix holder. Its time to move on

Not anticipating Nash being hurt most of the season (with blake as your only option) shows Buss Lite is an idiot

They also let Randy Foye slip away along with Reggie Evans

Those guys lived in town

Worst case just have Kobe run the dam point with Metta for rebounds (if you have too), Jamison for 3's, Hill/Gasol, and Howard.

If you have the best creator in basketball (Nash) why put him in the triangle offense. Nash needs to be given the keys to the offense. D'antoni or not.

So Miami will have 1.5 rings if they win this year?
