These third worlders are the people the GOP claims are so powerful that we must put sanctions on, halt their technology, kill their scientists, and therefore demand we must prevent any cuts to defense spending.

You forget that they are very skilled in 3rd world killing - taking over airliners and turning them into missiles, strapping on explosives and detonating themselves, and in general, causing death and havoc in a very third world kinda way.

Exactly. People with explosive backpacks warrant billions in spending, new military bases, and pissing off people in the Middle East. We cannot just leave them alone. We need to give them a reason to bring the fight to us. We have learned so much from 9/11. Iran's insane actions and religious extremists are worth losing American lives, a suffering economy, and more enemies. Our foreign intervention will never bite us in the ass. The USA and Israel cannot sleep well until we've had a decade long war with these Neanderthals, who are a great threat to us.

I'm not agreeing with the guy that was glad Iran shot... I'm just saying...if we were over sovereign waters, we were almost certainly on the way to or on the way back from somewhere we technically weren't supposed to be.
