Dam that sucks...we don't bring many guests and choose wisely when we do. The landowner is known well. I'm just looking to change scenery and get something better for my kids. Our numbers have been declining lately and the storms are really hurting our land.

Where are you hunting? I'm finding the same thing on our lease in Terrebonne. It's sickening to look at those time lapse sat photos of the area. Went from 1-2 acre ponds to 80-90 acre lakes.

I actually would like some timber. I would love to stay in the marsh just a new area. Maybe a club with a good group of guys.
