I was up in the Toys R Us with the 2 crumbsnatchers the other day. I tried to get them fired up about some board games but had zero luck. My big sell was Operation. I used to love some Operation. But they acted like the whole board game area had the little kid version of the hiv or something. They ended up going for a pair of Dora slippers and a Batman glove hand thing respectivly.

Most people do. I would be cool to get some of the so-called GREAT-MINDS of td.com and try to compete with the older folks that would clean their clock at Monopoly.

Toys R Us hasa good many games and right now they have a lot of them on sale. I just can't believe how expensive the games are! Thankfully my daughter loves to play board games. We actually just played Trouble and Chutes and Ladders a little while ago.

Board games are on the way out and it's too bad. There's nothing like sitting there facing your oppoent and mentally beating them. If you play with friends you bragging rights until the next time. Its the best.
